About Us

Introduction

The Change Consultancy is made up of a crew of change astronauts who work tirelessly to explore the galaxy of change and bring it into simpler, more positive and controllable dimensions.

The first Change Astronauts came together in 2016 with a focus on rewriting the pages of change and creating value that had never been possible.

Commander Tom, part of the first crew, brought in reams and reams of unique material to plant with clients which would have delivered more than enough value alone. However, with the thirst and drive to go further and further, the crew kept on combining to Tom’s work and ended up forming the world’s first culture implementation programme Tribe365™, which has brought measurability to something which has been historically immeasurable.

The Change Consultancy is all about bringing the most forward-thinking approach and practice to change. We believe we are Led Zeppelin and Anorachic in our approach, meaning we will always question our surroundings and keep shaking it up, whilst being fanatical about what we do. Of course for each change astronaut the thing they love is slightly different.

As a base all our Astronauts are all specialists in Direction and then work to graduate on to Connection. Direction is all about making sure there is a clear focus and people know what we are aiming for and how we will achieve it. Connection is all about understanding individuals and getting the most out of each other. There are also Supercharging and Improving skills, which come later.
